Coca-Cola in the Ukraine
Fanta was introduced in the Ukraine in 1982, followed by Coca-Cola in 1987. The first locally-made Coca-Cola appeared in 1994, BonAqua production started in 1999, and in the summer of 2001 stores in Ukraine began selling Coca-Cola light and FrukTime.

Today, Coca-Cola beverages are produced and sold in the country by Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine Ltd.,which is part of Coca-Cola HBC. In 1998 Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine opened a modern plant not far from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, which houses new office, production, warehouse and water treatment facilities. Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine has 14 sales and distribution centres located around the country that serve its 60,000 customers.

Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine has continually introduced new beverage and package innovations into the Ukrainian market. Its current portfolio includes 82 SKUs (Stock Keeping Units). In December 2002, the energy drink Burn was launched in the Ukraine; Coca-Cola Cherry and Coca-Cola Vanilla followed in, respectively, January 2003 and March 2004; and in July 2004 Nescafé Xpress was introduced.
