A Leveraged Recapitalization (LRC) was done in 2003 to improve the efficiency of
Coca-Cola Hellenic's capital structure, while delivering returns to Coca-Cola Hellenic shareholders. The LRC involved a share capital increase and then a capital decrease through the return of cash to shareholders.
